Made with royal blue striped, medium-weight, no-pill cotton lycra, these whale leggings are are adorable and sassy! The whale's tail and fin wraps around the back of the leggings while her head peeks out front to say hello! Please note these leggings are handmade and some slight variation may occur. Leggings have an elastic non-roll waist band and plenty of stretch for a comfortable fit. Makes a great gift!
